We are based in Richmond, BC, Canada and are 100% Canadian-owned! All orders ship from our warehouse in Richmond, BC and all pick up orders are picked up at our warehouse.
There is no minimum dollar amount for orders. Note that the minimum quantity required for purchase may vary between items.

If you have purchased an item that is for pick up only, you will need to pick up your order at our warehouse in Richmond, BC. The address will be provided to you at checkout.

Yes. Replacement parts are available for many of our products. Please contact us to let us know which replacement part you are looking for and we will provide you with pricing and availability.
For all orders, you can choose to pick up at our warehouse in Richmond, BC, or select a shipping option during checkout. In most cases, UPS Ground will be selected by default.
If you order by 12:00 PM PST (Mon.-Fri.) your order will usually ship the same day. We only ship orders when they are 100% complete (so no backorders!).
